AIRBORNE SOUND ABSORPTION MATERIALS
Applications
We produce absorption materials with or without facing for engine
compartments, upholstery and humid or hot environments. Material
thickness will be chosen according to the noise source.
Applications to be mentioned are: vehicles, construction equipment,
engine compartments, fans, business machines, washing machines,
air conditioners, household appliances, food industry machines,
boats, snow mobiles, room acoustics and noise control enclosures.
Foam is also a suitable packaging material for various equipment
and appliances.
Use
The sheets are cut to parts of desired shape and size. Before
installation it is essential to carefully clean grease, dirt,
dust and moisture from the base. Remove the release paper of the
self-adhesive backing and then install the part by starting from
the shortest edge.
The installation temperature should range between 15...40ºC.
We also produce tailored die-cut parts to match customer drawings
and material specifications.
